4.3 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including username and password. pka365 will not be held responsible for any unauthorised access to an Account resulting from a Player's failure to maintain credential security.

5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same Account, or to an account that has been verified under the KYC process as belonging to the registered Player. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider. pka365 is not responsible for delays attributable to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.

6.3 pka365 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred in respect of Bonus Funds already credited to Player Accounts.
6.4 Only one bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses through different accounts or by circumventing the single-account rule constitutes abuse of the bonus system.
6.5 Where pka365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk bet coverage, matched betting, or the use of automated staking patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent — pka365 reserves the right to void the associated bonus and any winnings derived from it.
7.1 All casino games and sports betting markets on pka365 are governed by the specific rules published within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market only.
7.2 All Wagers are final once confirmed. pka365 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a Wager after it has been placed, except where an obvious technical error on the part of pka365 has occurred.
7.3 pka365 reserves the right to void any Wager — in whole or in part — where:
7.4 In the event of a disputed game outcome, the pka365 server logs shall constitute the definitive record of all Wagers placed and outcomes recorded, and shall be considered conclusive evidence in the resolution of any dispute.
7.5 Cricket betting markets, including PSL in-play markets, are subject to the sports betting rules applicable at the time of market publication. PSL match suspension, abandonment, and Duckworth–Lewis–Stern adjustments are governed by the rules published within the sportsbook section of pka365.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pka365 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and permanent termination:

9.2 Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, pka365 reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, where those funds are directly connected to the breach. Real-money funds unconnected to the breach will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following the completion of any investigation.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works based on any content from the Platform.
11.3 Any unauthorised use of pka365 intellectual property — including screen recording of live dealer games for commercial purposes, scraping of odds data, or replication of the Platform interface — constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.

13.2 Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pka365 holds its international gaming license.
